Everyone knows the most famous destinations in Australia such as Melbourne and Sydney or the Great Barrier Reef. But there are other interesting places to visit besides the above. In the vast Australia, however there are many interesting places that you can visit. They are not so famous but no less compelling and deserve attention.

Undara National Park, Queensland. If you are looking for a holiday destination on the southern continent, but want to escape the crowds, the national park in Queensland is very good option. It is unique with its many exotic species of flora and fauna, but also you can join the walk with a guide to explore the nature and ancient tunnels of lava.

Natural destinations in Australia

National Park Wollumbin, New South Wales. The park is located on the central coast of the state, not far from Sydney. Ganlam Falls, Northern Territory. Kakadu National Park is one of the wildest places on Australian soil. In the park are amazing waterfalls, Ganlam Falls, and their height is 30 meters and finished with a basin in which no crocodiles. And this is something very rare for the northern parts of the continent.

Kalbarri National Park, Western Australia. The park is located on the west Australian coast, on average, 500 kilometers north of Perth. It is one of the most picturesque destinations in Australia and includes stunning rocky cliffs, beautiful beaches, vast gorges and rock formations. Particularly interesting for tourists can be wild flowers that can be seen here during the winter months.
