Natural attractions of Costa Rica

Natural attractions in Costa Rica, which we visited in 10 days. Let me walk you through the beauties of the "rich coast" - Costa Rica, the place where the motto "Pura vida" is honored, and the harmony and coexistence between man and nature is the main philosophy. It just so happened that I got infected with "Pura vida", the casual attitude towards life! Costa Rica is renowned for its breathtaking natural beauty and rich biodiversity. The country is home to a wide variety of natural attractions that draw tourists from around the world. Here are some of the most popular natural attractions in Costa Rica.

For many, the allure of Costa Rica lies in its lush rainforests, pristine beaches and abundance of wildlife. With breathtaking scenery and a myriad of creatures – from toucans to monkeys and jaguars – it's easy to see why.

Where else can you hike through active volcanoes, zip line through cloud-covered rainforest and surf in warm turquoise waters in just a few days? Exciting outdoor activities abound in this compact yet diverse tropical paradise. For this reason, this country is also known as the "rich coast" and is definitely one of the most impressive places in Central America with endless things to see and do.

I was lucky enough to spend 10 full days in Costa Rica and not only did the above adventures, but so much more! From countless treks through the hills of volcanoes, tropical centuries-old jungles, to exploring the sheltered coasts of the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea.

Poas Volcano is one of Costa Rica's most accessible volcanoes. The main crater boasts a striking turquoise-colored lake, and the park offers hiking trails through cloud forests and scenic viewpoints.

Watching wildlife day and night, seeing all the animal diversity this place has to offer. But the most priceless thing was the people - forever smiling, cheerful, happy with their life and their country and all in the breeze of this sweet Pura vida.

I look forward to the opportunity to sit down and talk in more detail about the emotions and incredible sights I witnessed, and until then I want to treat you to these modest 2 photo frames.

Montezuma Waterfalls - Located near the bohemian town of Montezuma, these waterfalls offer a refreshing retreat. You can swim in the natural pools or hike to the upper falls for a more adventurous experience.

That's right, Costa Rica's natural attractions are all in one - jungle, volcanoes, beautiful waterfalls, thermal waters, wild animals, wild beaches/public by law/, the country with the most national parks for such an area, delicious food and hospitable people.

As a "natural vacation" from the places visited so far - there is no analogue! Hawaii is slightly similar, but there is not so much jungle and animals.

These are just a few examples of the many natural attractions that Costa Rica has to offer. Whether it's volcanoes, rainforests, wildlife, or stunning coastlines, the country provides a diverse range of natural wonders for visitors to explore and enjoy. The country is known for its commitment to conservation and eco-tourism, providing countless opportunities to experience its stunning landscapes and rich biodiversity.
